Scheduling Coordinator - Pump Services
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per annum
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire

Job Description:
A well‑established engineering service provider specialising in pump and fluid systems is seeking an organised Scheduling Coordinator to join their Maidenhead team. The successful candidate will support delivery of field service operations by coordinating engineer schedules, managing customer appointments, and maintaining smooth communication between office, clients and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and allocate daily/weekly jobs to service engineers, ensuring efficient coverage and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Liaise with field teams to update schedules, adjust appointments and communicate job priorities.
• Respond to customer enquiries, providing excellent service and accurate information regarding service visits.
• Maintain accurate records of job progress, engineer availability, parts requirements and site notes.
• Work closely with operations and service managers to optimise resource planning and delivery outcomes.
• Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks to improve planning efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
• Experience in scheduling, planning or coordination — ideally within engineering, field service or technical services.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable using computer systems for job planning, logging updates and producing reports.
• A proactive team player with a can‑do attitude and attention to detail.
