Key Responsibilities

* Manageemployeerelationscasework(disciplinary,grievance,capability,absencemanagementetc,),includingco-ordinatingmeetings,preparingdocumentation,gatheringevidence,liaisingwithinternalstakeholders,andensuringaccurate,GDPR-compliantrecordkeeping.
