What you'll be doing
The Property Management Service is a key department that keeps everything running smoothly. Our Coordinators are dedicated to overcoming obstacles to ensure our guests and homeowners have the best experience possible. The role combines field-based work and office duties, making each day unique.
* Coordinating cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors.
* Providing accurate timelines for property readiness.
* Meeting suppliers, homeowners, assisting guests, or performing property checks.
* Conducting proactive property inspections and providing feedback.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating administrative systems.
* Assisting guests with requests, queries, and problems before, during, and after their stay.
What we’re looking for
* An enthusiastic, friendly team player with customer service experience.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage property administration.
* A resilient character capable of handling challenges positively.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Willingness to undertake tasks outside usual responsibilities.
* Experience in property letting, housing, estate agency, or travel industry is advantageous.
