We are currently seeking a Training Receptionist for a 12-month period to provide temporary support and assistance in covering maternity leave.


What you will be doing

Providing professional and flexible assistance for the administration of Customer Training Courses/Programs:

* Act as host to training course participants
* Preparation of training courses and manuals paper/electronic and certification
* Support Training Coordinator and Instructors using the Learning Management System
* Preparation, issuing and expediting of purchase orders associated with customer training
* Assist with delegate requirements i.e. taxi bookings etc
* General administration for the Training Department
* Ordering and preparation of lunches
* General housekeeping of canteen and kitchen area
* Act as support for the Customer Training Co-ordinator
* Assist in Managing stock of customer and promotional goods
* Undertake training and coaching as necessary to increase personal skills to achieve personal and departmental performance objectives
* Demonstrate a high standard of good health and safety practice for both self and others
* Contribute towards effective team working and communication both internally and externally
* Understand departmental targets, results, key performance indicators and their role in delivery of these indicators
* Understand quality procedures applicable to specific duties
* Ensure high standards of personal presentation in keeping with company standards

* Create a stable and reassuring work atmosphere and support and encourage the team
* Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
* Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and support others
