Overview
A leading global consulting organisation is seeking Technology Consultants to join its Energy and Utilities practice in London. The team delivers large-scale technology and business transformation programmes for major power, gas and water companies across the UK. This role suits individuals with solid industry experience who can operate confidently across complex delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end transformation projects across ERP, CRM, cloud and digital programmes.
* Work directly with client stakeholders to define, design, build, test and deploy solutions.
* Break down technical content into clear, actionable information for business teams.
* Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across workstreams.
* Coordinate delivery with global teams and ensure work aligns with client expectations.
* Operate across Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements.
* Support and lead workstream activities, including team coordination and oversight.
Required Experience
* 3–5 years’ experience within the Energy or Utilities sector (electricity, gas or water).
* Background working with organisations such as EDF, Shell or UK water companies.
* Proven experience delivering large transformation programmes end to end.
* Strong cloud experience across Azure or AWS, ideally multi cloud.
* Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall delivery models.
* Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate workstream activity.
Desirable Skills
* Experience leading cloud or SaaS-focused projects.
* Cloud or industry certifications.
* Strong stakeholder engagement capability in regulated environments.
