Role Information The school is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Officer to manage, maintain, and analyse school performance and assessment data. Key responsibilities include: Managing the school MIS (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom), ensuring data accuracy Producing assessment, attainment, and progress reports for stakeholders Supporting teachers with assessment entry, data uploads, and training Overseeing census returns, exam data, and statutory reporting Creating dashboards and data summaries for leadership and governors Ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining secure data procedures Coordinating internal data cycles and deadlines Providing technical troubleshooting for MIS queries Supporting timetabling, attendance reporting, and scheduling tasks You will collaborate closely with academic leads, the exams officer, and SLT to ensure the school’s data is organised, accurate, and purposeful.
