The role will have overall responsibility for UK & European Customers, and will work with key stakeholders in the wider group to ensure smooth delivery of customer goods.\n\nDescription\n\nEnsure the smooth flow and delivery of customer orders within expected timescales\nLiaise with stakeholders in US to ensure stock levels meet customer demands and fulfil customer orders\nEnsure correct export documentation is in place for customer orders\nManage and resolve customer issues around late delivery, none delivery or incorrect orders\nManage stock levels in line with demand, market activity and customer behaviour\nLiaise with freight forwarding companies to ensure service levels are met and maintained\nEnsure commercial viability when working with freight forwarding companies\nCreate and present reports on customer activity to key stakeholders in USProfile\n\nExperience in a similar Customer Service, Order Management or Export role\nStrong un...
