We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Registered Manager to help manage and grow our existing workforce.Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and an active NMC pin will be required to oversee our dom care and nursing agency licenses.Key responsibilities:Recruit, coordinate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet our high standards of care.Manage and maintain nursing agency and domiciliary care licenses, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including RQIA.Experience in complex care, such as mental health, learning disabilities, and autism is required. While clinical complexity is not mandatory, candidates should be comfortable addressing these issues.Prioritize the provision of care in client homes or supported living environments, with a secondary preference of experience in nursing homes and care homes.Maintain an active Access NI clearance.Actively contribute to the growth and development of our workforce, helping to build out our team and participating in the interview process.Update and maintain agency policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements.Handle and address any complaints related to the nursing agency, providing effective solutions and resolutions.Qualifications and experience:A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, in a nursing or healthcare capacity.Active NMC pin required.Ideally experience within a nursing agency and domiciliary capacity.Active Access NI clearance certificate.Safeguarding Champion.Strong organizational and management skills.Experience in recruiting and coordinating a team.Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly related to healthcare and nursing agencies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and flexible attitude towards work.If you are a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for healthcare and the ability to manage and grow a dynamic team, we invite you to apply.
