This is a temp-to-perm, full-time opportunity based in Tondu, Bridgend. If you're experienced in operating heavy plant machinery and thrive in an active, hands-on role, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Empty recycling vehicles safely and efficiently Load both baled and loose materials for further processing Operate baler machinery, Forklift Trucks, and JCB Telehandlers Perform daily pre- and post-use checks on plant equipment Ensure compliance with all site safe working practices and risk assessments Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free yard at all times What You'll Need: Essential: Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence Experience with or a licence to operate a JCB Telehandler Basic communication skills in English Strong awareness of health & safety regulations Ability to work well as part of a team or independently Desirable: Previous experience in a safety-critical or recycling environment Why Join Us?
