* Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Reviewed every 3 months for regular pay rises)

The Role: Whether you are a Mechanic, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Specialist, you will escape the corporate pressure and focus on high-quality mechanical work in our Bridgend hub.
* Handle engine work, routine vehicle servicing, and general mechanical maintenance
* Lead on diagnostics, tuning, and remapping using specialist on-site tools
* Manage MOT failure diagnosis, rectifications, and safety checks
* Use tablet-based systems to seamlessly update jobs and upload photos
* Maintain our high Google review rating by ensuring premium quality control
What We Need:
* Level 2 Motor Vehicle qualification required (Level 3 preferred)
* Time-served experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a professional workshop
* An MOT Tester license is strongly preferred
* Confident using diagnostic software and digital job cards
* A full UK driving license
Location: Based in Bridgend, our workshop is perfectly situated with easy main-road access, making it a simple commute from Maesteg, Porthcawl, Port Talbot, Cowbridge, Llantrisant, and Cardiff West.
