Were working with a large pan-European manufacturing business which operates 7 days a week that is actively seeking to add an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician to join one of its site Manufacturing Engineering Support teams.
Shift Maintenance Engineer
40 hours per week - Triple Shift or Permanent Nights (plus overtime)
Location: Nr Eastbourne, Sussex
Salary: Dependent on Experience
The positions responsibilities are:
1. Reactive Maintenance on automated production, printing, packaging or finishing machinery
2. Pre-planned Maintenance (PPM) - Input to and carry out preventive maintenance routines
3. Mechanical fault finding
4. Electrical fault finding with and without diagrams (three phase and control systems)
5. Fault finding and repair on hydraulic or pneumatic systems
6. Small installation projects
7. Continuous Improvement to maintain optimal machine efficiency
8. To keep clean any areas in which you are working, including transit areas to and from the workshop, the workshop and stores
9. Support the Operations team in achieving targets
