EDiscovery Support London/hybrid (2-3 days) The Firm: Highly reputable Legal Practice undergoing expansion in the eDiscovery Practice. Responsibilities: * Support the process and organise the collected data, preparing it for review. Ensuring data integrity and security. * Maintain accurate records of data collection, processing activities and chain of custody documentation to ensure traceability and accountability. * Operate eDiscovery software tools for efficient data review and management. Assist with troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. * Ensure all eDiscovery activities comply with relevant procedures and guidelines to mitigate risk. * eDiscovery tasks e.g. setting up and customising review platforms, processing data, running searches and culling data, creating review batches, customising coding templates and creating user roles * Support with basic training to internal stakeholders on eDiscovery tools, processes, and support the team’s proficiency and understanding. * Help evaluation of eDiscovery processes and makes suggestions for improvements, supporting the development of best practices and enhanced efficiency. * Build relationships with stakeholders internally.
