🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily dining room operations during service to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused execution
2. Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team including servers, hosts, bussers, and back waiters
3. Maintain service standards and uphold a warm, professional dining atmosphere
4. Manage floor plans, table turns, and guest seating to optimize flow and maximize revenue
5. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and gracefully
6. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent communication and timing
7. Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews of FOH staff
8. Monitor cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of the dining room and staff at all times
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
9. 2 years of experience as a floor manager or dining room lead in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant
10. Deep understanding of service standards, guest relations, and team dynamics
11. Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and inspire under pressure
12. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
13. Genuine love for hospitality and Italian food & wine culture
14. Experience with POS systems, reservations platforms (OpenTable), and shift management tools
15. Fluent in both guest interaction and back-of-house collaboration
