The Role
We’re looking for a Relationship Manager who can nurture and grow client partnerships, ensuring high‑quality service and supporting AUM growth across the platform.
What you'll do:
* Oversight of BAU activity and support queries
* Monitor service performance and SLAs
* Produce MI reports for executive review
* Conduct quarterly service reviews
* Build strong relationships across client teams
* Identify and pursue commercial opportunities
* Support client projects & training
* Act as the voice of the client internally
* Collaborate with Operations, Change, Tech and Leadership
