The School and Role
A welcoming primary school is looking to appoint a part-time HLTA (2.5 days per week) to support teaching and learning across the school. The role will involve providing PPA cover in a variety of year groups, delivering engaging lessons, and leading targeted small-group interventions to support pupil progress. The successful candidate will be adaptable, confident managing whole classes, and committed to creating a positive learning environment while working closely with teaching staff.
