Salary - £30, per annum
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be able to:
* Investigate, resolve, and report customer complaints in a timely and thorough manner, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Manage non-conformance processes including documentation, investigation, resolution, and reporting.
* Maintain and update QHSE documentation, policies, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements.
* Deliver induction training for new starters covering Health & Safety, Hygiene, GMP, and site rules.
* Conduct refresher and ongoing training in Health & Safety, Hygiene, and GMP.
* Perform internal audits of Quality and Health & Safety Management Systems and support external audits.
* Support Health & Safety activities including accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
* Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding complaints, quality issues, and corrective actions.
* Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality and safety performance.
* Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on QHSE objectives.

* Sound knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks related to Health & Safety and Quality Management.
Experience in a quality position within a production environment is essential.
