Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care, including washing and dressing
* Preparing meals and supporting with medication
* Assisting with mobility and promoting well-being
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Helping with light household tasks and errands
* Encouraging clients to engage in social activities
What We Look For
* A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
* A UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Proof of right to work in the UK
* Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this process)
No Experience Required – We provide a fully paid, three-week training program with an in-house mentor to support you every step of the way.
