Quantity Surveyor – Tadcaster
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic project team in Tadcaster. Initially, the role will focus on Compensation Events to support current project needs, before transitioning into a broader QS role. The successful candidate will work within an established team, reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor (MQS). You should have experience working within a utilities environment.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong experience in NEC3/4 contracts
2. Proven ability to manage Compensation Events and contract administration
3. Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
4. Ability to transition into a general Quantity Surveyor role as project needs evolve
