The role
My client is looking for a curious, analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics & Data team.
You’ll:
* Shape how they measure marketing effectiveness across paid media and the wider marketing mix
* Act as a subject-matter expert on acquisition KPI’s and measurement strategy, advising on trade-offs between short term performance and long-term value.
* Evolve their attribution and measurement frameworks
* Bring together experiments, MMM, cohorts and attribution signals into clear, decision-ready insight
* Help navigate the trade-offs between scale, efficiency, and long-term value
Ideal background
* You’ve worked in marketing, media or growth analytics within the digital sector.
* 3 years+ sector experience working in a fast-paced growth tech brand, marketplace, peer to peer platform, subscription or similar.
* Hands on experience with effectiveness and incrementality measurement approaches such as lift studies, MMM and A/B testing
* You can turn complex data into clear stories that senior leaders actually use
* You’re confident with SQL, comfortable with Python or R, and familiar with large datasets and marketing platforms (they use Databricks).
