We are currently recruiting for an experienced Offshore Site Coordinator.
This role will be based on a specific Offshore Wind construction site, working a 14 on 14 off rotation alongside a colleague.
The site is located in international waters.
The focus is heavily on coordinating multiple contractors, managing vessel traffic around installation vessels, tracking project milestones, and overseeing commissioning activities.
Job duties:
Coordinating crew changes in conjunction with vessel operators.
Manifesting in-field transfers
Creating/developing/maintaining project resource plans
Driver of personnel welfare on vessel, ensuring an efficient working environment
Liaising with local vendors as required and tracking expenditure
Responsible for upload of contract documents and assisting document controllers
Commissioning related purchases
Organising travel arrangements on crew change days.
Deal with compassionate travel arrangements
Liaise with 3rd party contractors
Liaise with Shipping agents
Input all project personnel to client Offshore Management system, monitor weekly, chase for certificates
Keeping record of project staff (Inc. subcontractors) hours worked and logging holidays and sickness
Coordinating, welcoming and introducing new personnel and visitors
Event planning
Relevant ad hoc tasksPreferred experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative position
GWO Basic required
Fluent in English, oral and written required.
Experienced in MS Office
Experience with ERP-systems/SAP is an advantage
Experience with SharePoint is an advantage
Ability to write guidelines/instructions
Ability to contact and build relationships with Suppliers and other relevant stakeholders
