Kellogg College, Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 6PN Apprentice Academic Office Assistant (Student Records) Kellogg College, University of Oxford 60-62 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 6PN Start date: August 2026 Apprenticeships start date: September 2026 Apprentice Grade 1: £26,686 p.a About the role We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the University of Oxford as an Apprentice Academic Office Assistant in Kellogg College The Apprentice Academic Office Assistant is part of Kellogg College’s Academic Office, and will help support the University’s largest body of graduate students from induction to graduation. The Apprentice Academic Office Assistant will provide helpful administrative support, and help maintain accurate student records. About the apprenticeship As part of this role, you will undertake an Apprenticeship with Abingdon & Witney College, where you will complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. For this apprenticeship, you will work at Kellogg College in 60-62 Banbury Road. As part of your apprenticeship, you will be required to attend Abingdon and Witney College. During your apprenticeship, you will need to attend Abingdon and Witney College 1 day a week. There will be 10 days training at college, and the remainder of your learning will take place in the workplace. In total, it will take 18 months to complete all elements of the apprenticeship, with support from the Department, University, and Training Provider throughout. About you You will be passionate about starting your career in Business Administration and excited about the opportunity of becoming an apprentice at the University of Oxford. You may be starting your career or you may be looking for a career change. To complete the level 3 apprenticeship, you will need to evidence passes at 9-4 or A*-C in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent. Regardless of your prior qualifications, Abingdon and Witney College will require you to complete a short initial assessment during the application process. There are also government residency requirements for Apprenticeship funding which the Training Provider will be able to advise on.
