What You’ll Do
* As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead, inspire,
and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from
kitchen to front of house
* Drive sales and profitability while maintaining
high standards
* Be the face of the restaurant – engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
* Manage stock, budgets, and operational targets
efficiently
* Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and food
quality standards
* Foster a positive team culture and support staff
development
What You’ll Bring
* You will have previous experience as a Restaurant
Manager in a similar Hospitality business
* Are passionate about food,
people, and creating amazing dining experiences
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Are a strong communicator with
excellent leadership skills
* Understands financials, stock control, and
operational efficiency
* Can lead by example and knows how
to motivate a team
* Have a hands-on approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude
