Customer Coordinator Job Description

Reporting to the Contract Support Manager, you will provide administrative support, fault coordination, and engineering tasking. You will ensure documentation tracking and databases are maintained in accordance with contractual agreements.

What you’ll do:

1. Ensure fault records are accurately maintained on time and according to plan.
2. Process all work within the established processes and procedures for contractual requirements.
3. Achieve all engineer taskings within the designated timeframes and planning requirements.
4. Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, support, and fault calls.
5. Support overall operations, deliver excellent customer service, fault support, and administrative support as required.
6. Provide ad-hoc project support when needed.

Who you are:

This role is ideal for an organized and enthusiastic administrator comfortable working independently. Excellent communication skills across all levels are required to communicate confidently and professionally.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in data management and information transfer requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
4. Previous experience with Oracle.
