Salary: £25,185 – £25,989 pro rata (Grade 3) or £26,403 – £29,540 pro rata (With bursar responsibilities: Grade 3–4)
Hours: 8.45am – 4pm, term-time only

We are a small, supportive primary school seeking an organised, proactive and professional Office Manager to join our school team. As our Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of our school office. You'll handle administrative tasks, manage school communications, and provide vital support to our leadership team.
This role does offer flexibility:
We welcome applications for office managers who are looking to develop into a bursar role, with training and support available.
We also welcome applicants who already have the skills and experience to undertake bursar responsibilities alongside office management.
We are looking for someone who:
has excellent organisational and communication skills
can multitask and stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
is friendly, approachable, and great with people
has experience in administration (school experience is a bonus but not essential)
is confident using IT and office systems.
