IBA Client Credit Controller – (Fixed Term Contract to December 2026)
We are working with a well-established London-based insurance broker who is seeking an experienced IBA Client Credit Controller to join their Insurance Broking Accounts team on a fixed term contract through to December 2026.
This role sits within a specialist Marine book of business and will suit someone who is confident operating as a subject matter expert within IBA. You will play a key role in managing credit control activities, resolving aged debt and supporting the clean-up of legacy matters as part of a wider Edge project.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end IBA credit control across a Marine portfolio
* Resolution and management of aged debt
* Cash application and allocation
* Handling complex and legacy IBA matters
* Working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve queries efficiently
* Supporting best practice within Insurance Broking Accounts processes
About you:
* Proven experience within Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA)
* Background in finance shared services within the insurance industry
* Strong understanding of IBA best practices
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and be relied upon as an IBA specialist
* Brokasure Desktop experience is preferred
