We’re hiring: Events Coordinator
Location: Leicester office (three days per week)

Are you a confident, organised, and detail-oriented event professional? We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team and bring exceptional events to life – from webinars and seminars to dinners and networking functions.
You’ll work closely with our Partnerships Manager and Marketing team to ensure every event is flawlessly executed and delivers meaningful business impact.
The role
As an Events Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of events. You’ll lead on-site event coordination, manage logistics, track budgets, and ensure compliance with financial services regulations. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll use your expertise to create engaging, professional experiences for clients, colleagues, and partners.
What we’re looking for
* 2–3 years’ experience in event planning, hospitality, or high-end client events
* experience in financial services, luxury hospitality, or high-end events desirable
* knowledge of event management software or CRM systems
* strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* professional client-facing skills and telephone manner

Key responsibilities
Event planning and coordination
* plan and organise events from concept to completion, aligning with business and marketing objectives
* research venues and conduct site visits to ensure suitability
* oversee delegate bookings, RSVPs, and correspondence with support from the Events Assistant
* coordinate logistics including guest lists, invitations, feedback forms, and branded collateral
* Manage budgets and manage event expenses
* manage collateral and prospect data in compliance with UK GDPR
Event day leadership
* lead on-site coordination, briefing speakers and managing technical requirements
* deliver a professional and welcoming registration experience
* ensure flawless execution from setup to breakdown
Post-event impact and reporting
* lead debriefs and collect feedback to inform future events
* create insightful reports on event success metrics
* maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
Collaboration and stakeholder engagement
* work with the Marketing team to promote events across digital channels
* collaborate with internal teams including compliance, technical, and finance
* build strong relationships with venues, speakers, and other event partners
* continuously seek feedback to improve service delivery and event quality
