Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a mobile role with door-to-door pay, quality commercial work, and the chance to grow with a supportive, specialist team?
This is a great opportunity to join a respected, long-established HVAC company, working on service contracts across London, the Home Counties, and occasionally Cardiff. You'll carry out maintenance, repairs, and commissioning, with regular manufacturer and compliance training to support your development.

The Role:
* Maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning systems across London and the Home Counties.
* Mobile position across London & the Home Counties with occasional Cardiff cover
* Field/home-based with very rare office attendance
* £40,000 - £48,000 + Door-to-door pay, with overtime paid at 1.5x or 2x
* OTE £50,000-£55,000+
The Candidate:
* F-Gas certified (essential)
* Experienced in maintaining plant and repairing VRV/VRF, split, and ventilation systems
* Full UK driving licence
