Business Development Manager – Custom Racking Solutions Location: Midlands,UK Salary: £55,000-£65,000 & £100k OTE About the Company The business is a specialist provider of high-quality, custom made racking systems, supporting clients across the design and build industry. Known for reliability, industry knowledge, and customer-first approach, they deliver practical, safe, and efficient racking solutions tailored to commercial spaces throughout the UK. The Opportunity We’re looking for a hungry and motivated Business Development Manager to take ownership of both new business development and ongoing account management. This is a midlands role focused on custom made racking systems, where your expertise and ability to build strong, consultative client relationships will be key to success. Having a proactive new business mindset will give you success in this role. Key Responsibilities · Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion. · Oversee quoting, planning, and delivery processes, ensuring a high level of service. · Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients. · Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and industry compliance standards (SEMA and SIERS where applicable). · Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the midlands to accelerate growth for the business.
