Main Objectives
To support the accountant and carry out a wide variety of financial and management accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounting data
* Management of subcontractors within a construction industry business
* Handling of payments and banking reconciliations
* Maintenance of data within the ERP system
* Support for credit control
* Support for expense processes
* Supporting and providing cover for the account’s administrators
* Supporting the Accountant with VAT and customs duties
* Working closely with the purchasing team to support as required
* Adhoc activities as required

* IT fluency including Excel skills
* Previous Accounts experience

* Relevant Accounting or Bookkeeping qualifications
* Previous experience in a construction industry business
