About us:
Mason & Fifth is a London-based lifestyle brand that set out to reimagine how we can live well in the city, with flexibility at the heart.
Designing beautiful guesthouses, hotels and residences for people to stay, work, dine and train, all underpinned by flexibility, hospitality, wellbeing and community. Championing beautiful design that's rooted in sustainability, with everything you need taken care of. All our sites offer private ensuite studios, large communal areas and outdoor spaces, whether guests are staying for one night, or settling in for longer.
Our first building, Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey, opened in 2020 and was followed by the launch of our second site in Primrose Hill in April 2024. This summer we open our newest, biggest site in Westbourne Park, which will include a wellness suite - The Grounding - with a gym, pool, sauna and steam room, class studio and treatment room, as well as a canal side restaurant - Canal - from the team behind Bistro Freddie and Crispin, and a dedicated creative workspace - Meadow - for local artists, makers and guests to book. Additionally, all guests will have access to our Cinema Room, Listening Lounge, 10th floor panoramic lounge and large ground floor lobby and bar.
We programme regular cultural events, designed to bring people together, from neighbourhood run clubs, to supper clubs, wild swimming trips and more. At each of our buildings, guests can expect to be surrounded by like-minded people who believe in living life a little differently.
We're not just reimagining how we can live well – we're reimagining how we can work well together, creating a workplace culture where people can truly thrive.
And we’re only just getting started, doing things differently and enjoying the ride.
Are you ready to help build something beautifully different?
Right now, we’re hiring for the following role: Reservations & Revenue Executive
We're looking for someone special; a detail-oriented, commercially aware individual who thrives at the intersection of guest experience, revenue optimisation, and finance.
What you’ll be up to:
Join our dynamic sales team to deliver a seamless guest booking experience while driving revenue and ensuring financial accuracy. You’ll manage all aspects of the reservations process - from handling guest and corporate enquiries to maintaining accurate system records and ensuring billing readiness. On the revenue side, you’ll support pricing and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability, using data insights to inform decisions. Financially, you’ll act as the link between reservations and finance, ensuring timely reconciliations, accurate invoicing, and payment tracking across all channels.
RESERVATIONS
* Take the lead on ensuring a seamless guest booking experience by managing communication, system accuracy, and operational readiness.
* Take ownership of shared reservation mailboxes, responding to guest and corporate booker enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor daily arrivals and departures to ensure all bookings are paid, billing is accurate, and onsite teams are informed.
* Manage all reservation records across systems – including guest and company profile setups – to ensure consistency and prevent invoicing errors.
* Handle modifications and cancellations, ensuring booking and billing details are updated accordingly.
* Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and long-stay clients, providing a consistent and professional booking experience.
* Liaise with OTA guests (e.g., Booking.com/Expedia) to manage payments, encourage direct communication for future stays, and ensure billing is prepared pre-arrival.
* Handle refunds and failed payment issues, ensuring these are communicated effectively and processed correctly in the PMS.
REVENUE
* Support the business in maximising occupancy, yield, and profitability through hands-on inventory and pricing management.
* Perform daily rate and inventory management in line with demand forecasts, booking pace, and pick-up trends.
* Implement and monitor revenue strategies such as rate fences, booking windows, stay restrictions, and dynamic pricing.
* Optimise revenue across short- and long-stay segments by analysing market segmentation and identifying opportunities to drive ADR and RevPAR.
* Assist in the configuration of packages, promotions, and booking rules across the PMS and OTA platforms.
* Produce regular booking trend reports and insights to support sales campaigns and pricing strategies.
* Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure accurate group, corporate, and negotiated rate management.
* Identify high-demand periods and adjust pricing or inventory allocations accordingly to maximise yield.
FINANCE
* Be the bridge between reservations and finance by ensuring accurate and timely billing and reconciliation for all types of stays.
* Complete monthly billing audits for long-stay guests, and OTA payout reconciliations vs booked business.
* Run daily arrivals and departures reports to confirm payments have been received and invoices raised or bills closed.
* Accurately record all payments from guests (card, bank transfer, OTA payments) and flag exceptions promptly.
* Escalate overdue or outstanding balances to finance, and follow up directly with guests where needed.
* Ensure accurate reconciliation of payments in the PMS system and collaborate with finance to resolve discrepancies.
* Process and record approved refunds, liaising with Finance to ensure these are actioned efficiently.
What Makes You Perfect for This Role:
