My client is a small leading care home provider with a portfolio of Homes across the Midlands. They are a stable, ethical, and growing company who are dedicated to providing bespoke care to the elderly and people living with dementia.
My client is looking for an experienced and committed Nursing Home Manager either Nurse Qualified or Non Nurse Qualified with Nursing Home management experience to join their professional and wonderful team at their medium sized Home in the Chesterfield area.
The Care Home has a fantastic reputation in the local area and offers specialist care to the elderly and people living with Dementia. The successful Nursing Home Manager will have a brilliant reputation with CQC, have excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on leadership style.
The Role Requirements and Requirements of the Nursing Home Manager:
• Experienced as a Registered Manager of an Elderly Care Home.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Dementia.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dedicated to delivering high quality and outstanding care.
• Financial management and budget experience.
