Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Manager
At Costa Coffee, we are reimagining coffee experiences worldwide as part of the Coca-Cola System. We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to ensure the delivery and maintenance of robust, resilient technology systems supporting our global operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Owning operational services for critical technology applications across multiple geographies.
* Managing third-party IT suppliers to ensure service quality.
* Overseeing customer-facing services, including Service Desk performance and end-user computing.
* Ensuring compliance with IT controls and processes, including SOX.
* Measuring and reporting on KPIs to assess system stability and effectiveness.
* Providing out-of-hours support on a rota basis.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in complex operational environments and managing the entire service lifecycle.
* Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
* Practical knowledge of ITIL practices, preferably with a formal qualification.
* Financial management experience, including budget management.
