Internal Sales Coordinator
Salary: Up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pmLocation: Newcastle Upon Tyne
A proactive and organised Internal Sales Coordinator is required to join our fast-growing team within the electrical manufacturing sector. This is a key role supporting customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating projects from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer calls regarding product information (electrical isolator cut-outs, panels, feeder pillars).
* Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on specifications.
* Liaise with customers on project updates, delivery schedules, and technical queries.
* Collaborate with the design team to price and quote bespoke projects.
* Input and code orders ready for operations.
* Provide aftercare support including returns, technical advice, and repeat orders.
* Work closely with the Sales team to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
* Convert technical drawings/schematics into working quotations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident using computers and software tools.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Knowledge of electrical components is beneficial (training provided).
