JOB SUMMARY
An integral position within the Specialized UK Retail Team; a keen team player delivering on or above sales targets and related KPI's with a distinct focus on best serving the rider and understanding their needs.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
* Greeting, welcoming and serving riders beyond their expectations across all forms of communication
* Closing sales to help the team deliver KPI success
* Completing stock checks based on the processes assigned by the brand
* Vigilant to security of the team, the location and the stock
* Processing orders, deliveries and restocking the store
* Carrying out basic cleaning duties
* Cashing up-where applicable
* Completing any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of ability
* Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with riders
What you will need to win
* Demonstrable salesmanship
* Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously
* Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service
* Numeracy and literacy skills
* Clear and effective communicator
* I.T. skills in order to operate in store systems
