About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Leicester Bitteswell, rated "Good" by Ofsted, is a vibrant nursery located in Lutterworth, approximately a 30-minute drive from central Leicester. Catering to children from babies to pre-schoolers, the nursery offers exciting activities and resources designed to foster development and engagement. It is situated near the borders of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire and offers free parking. The nursery features a calm environment for children, including a dedicated yoga room for the Foundation Class.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding — every child is unique.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
