We specialise in end-to-end creative production—video, animation, and CGI—for hundreds of global brands, including industry leaders such as Samsung and Currys. We are a fast-paced, in-house agency focused on delivering high-performance content that drives measurable commercial results.
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to elevate and strategically manage client content across all platforms.
Core Responsibilities
* Trend Harvesting and Ideation. Proactively identify and analyse emerging digital trends, cultural shifts, and platform updates. You will translate these insights into actionable content opportunities that keep our clients ahead of the competition and lead the agency.
* Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client KPIs and brand objectives.
* Platform Management: Full management of content scheduling and community engagement and nourishment using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer.
* Performance Analysis: Lead all tracking and attribution efforts. You will be responsible for monitoring traffic, conversion paths, and user behaviour through Google Analytics.
* Reporting & ROI: Provide detailed monthly reports to senior stakeholders, demonstrating clear ROI and actionable insights derived from data.
* Content Optimisation: Collaborate with the in-house production team to ensure all rich media is technically optimised for platform-specific algorithms and SEO.
Key Requirements
* Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business strategies.
* Communication: Highly developed professional copywriting skills and the ability to present data-heavy reports clearly to clients.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior social media role within an agency or corporate environment.
