Director - Headhunting & Search, Stratus Search & Recruitment
We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing FF&E company covering the UK and Europe. The role is to recruit a high-achieving Sales/Account Manager for the North, with responsibility for generating and managing national corporate accounts.
Responsibilities
* Work remotely with a high degree of autonomy to introduce the company to commercial clients
* Secure orders and grow relationships with existing customers
* Target clients including hotels, restaurants, offices, universities, large retailers, the healthcare and retirement home sectors
* Supply A&D consultants as needed
* Develop and manage national corporate accounts and contribute to sales growth
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in the FF&E sector with proven longevity in previous roles
Compensation & Benefits
* Basic salary: £50,000–£60,000
* Generous bonus structure with realistic OTE around £95,000
* Full expensed car and pension
Location & Working Arrangements
Remote work with autonomy; UK and Europe coverage
