My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Basildon, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that offers growth and progression.
Main Duties
1. Facilities Administration / Finance Administration
2. Providing administrative support
3. Assisting the Management Team
4. Raising invoices
5. Using Excel
6. Answering phones
7. Handling receipts and expenses
8. Processing invoices and maintaining electronic records
9. Sending all authorised invoices for payment to relevant accounts staff
10. Coordinating training course bookings on behalf of the team
11. Diary Management
Previous experience within a Facilities Management company and proficiency in Excel are advantageous.
