We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician Bury on behalf of a well-established, family-owned company that has been delivering exceptional customer service across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire since 2003. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves in optimal condition. This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills within a supportive environment where your expertise is valued.
Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary of up to £34,000 per annum
2. OTE of up to £39,000 inclusive of a nearly £5,000 bonus package
3. Work Monday to Friday. 1 in 3 Saturdays half days.

Duties:
6. Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
7. Accurately complete repair and service records
8. Analyse work orders to understand vehicle conditions and diagnostic accuracy
9. Support company policies and industry best practices
10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Requirements:
11. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
12. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
13. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
14. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
15. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
