Contract: 10 months - Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract (flexible)
Full time: 35 hours (negotiable)
Salary: £30,000 gross pa, pro rata

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Account Manager to support the Senior Account Director within our entertainment booking team. This role is primarily administrative and coordination-based, providing essential behind-the-scenes support to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of entertainment for corporate and private events. It will also involve managing your own clients and events and taking on the role of Account Manager. It is well suited to someone looking to build a career in events through a structured, supportive role.

We work closely with corporate clients, event planners, luxury brands, and private individuals to design and deliver tailored entertainment for conferences, awards ceremonies, product launches, experiential marketing activations, weddings, and high-profile private events.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Account Manager across multiple event projects
* Prepare presentations, proposals and briefing documentation for prospective and existing clients
* Responsible for booking entertainment acts, including conducting availability checks, issuing confirmations and maintaining accurate records
* Prepare pre-event documentation for key venues
* Ensure all critical information is shared with clients and acts prior to event day
* Project management of own events and clients
* Potential travel to London to support Senior Account Manager on meetings and events
About You
* Highly organised with strong administrative and documentation skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes and learn new systems
* Confident written and verbal communicator, with a high level of professionalism
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and supporting several projects at once
* Ability to prioritise workload and tasks
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Education – degree level qualification
* An interest or previous experience in events, entertainment or live production is desirable
