Job Description
* Responsible for local tenant management and operations, handling customer issues and maintaining relationships to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints. This includes but is not limited to addressing tenant needs and issues, following up on daily repair requests, rent collection, scheduling regular property inspections, and tracking the expiration of tenant documents.
* Customer service and communication: including but not limited to handling emails and phone calls in both Chinese and English to ensure timely and accurate communication.
* Conduct routine fieldwork: engage in on-site communication with tenants to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of tenant operations.
* Collaborate with colleagues in China to handle tenant-related operations, including but not limited to responding to emergency phone calls.
* Repair coordination: manage tenant repair request emails, coordinate and follow up on maintenance progress.
* Complete other tasks assigned by management.
