We will tailor your work experience and academic studies based on what qualifications you have when you join us. This is a work-based apprenticeship, combined with day release at the academic provider. You will be supported and mentored throughout, following a structured programme to ensure you gain the foundation skills and personal development you need to excel in your role. Civil Engineering apprentices will spend time working with our central teams in Design; Planning; Commercial Services and Compliance Services and our on-site teams around the UK following a structured programme to ensure you gain the foundation skills and personal development you need to excel in your role. Progression to the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship would be available to high performers, after successfully completing Level 4.
