We are looking for experienced Support Workers to support 8 adults with autism, and learning disabilities, in a large modernised house, in Warrington.

The hourly rate for this role is £13.65 per hour. We have different shift patterns available and everyone is required to work 1 sleep shift per week.

Our Senior Residential Support Workers deliver and role model the highest standards, leading by example, providing support to the teams on shift and are responsible for the record keeping of activities, achievements and any concerns occurring throughout the day.

Senior Residential Support Worker's embrace and engage with continuous improvement of the home, and professional development for themselves and members of the team.

You will be providing the best care and support for our young people in their daily routines including varied activities in their local community and access to education.

You will be a resilient person who is passionate about providing high quality care, creating a happy home environment to the people we support.





Requirements

* Driver's license is a real advantage to help take our people on great days out

* Bright Futures is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and our requirement for the successful applicant would be to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.. Satisfactory references are also required.
