Job Role
We're seeking a dedicated Fidelity Assurance Manager to lead the integration of IPS and SEQF Fidelity principles across our Connect to Work programme. This pivotal role ensures that fidelity is not just a measure of quality but a strategic framework for excellence.
You’ll lead fidelity assurance across the region, embedding IPS and SEQF principles into all aspects of service delivery. This includes conducting internal and external fidelity reviews, developing training and resources, analysing performance data via CRM and Power BI, and co-designing improvement plans with delivery teams. You’ll ensure fidelity is integrated into audit, compliance, and performance frameworks, produce strategic insights, and champion fidelity as a driver of excellence across the programme and supply chain continuous improvement, and impactful service delivery.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about quality and has a strong understanding of IPS and SEQF fidelity frameworks. You’ll be a confident communicator, skilled in influencing and supporting teams to deliver high-quality services.

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities
* Lead fidelity assurance across Connect to Work in their region, focusing on IPS fidelity and broader SEQF principles.
* Undertake internal and external fidelity reviews for Seetec and supply chain partners, ensuring robust evidence collection and accurate scoring.
* Embed IPS and SEQF fidelity principles into all aspects of service delivery, performance management, and quality assurance.
* Develop and deliver training, tools, and resources to support staff and partners in applying fidelity principles effectively.
* Use CRM and Power BI to monitor fidelity performance, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement.
* Co-design and implement improvement plans with delivery teams and partners to raise fidelity scores and enhance service quality.
* Integrate fidelity outcomes into continuous improvement processes, including reflective practice, peer learning, and service redesign.
* Ensure fidelity assurance is embedded into audit, compliance, and performance frameworks.
* Produce fidelity reports and insights to inform strategic planning and programme development.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IPS and SEQF developments and ensure alignment with national standards.
* Champion fidelity as a driver of excellence across the programme and supply chain
* Acts as an employee owner always considering the best interests of the company, shareholders and other colleagues
* Ensures best practice is identified, adhered to and championed
* Is prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role, including any necessary travel and overnight stays
* Accountable for own professional development and undertake necessary training as identified in the Performance Review process.
* To handle personal data in accordance with the organisation's data protection policy.
* Actively participate in, and promote Prevent and the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
* Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures always, including safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, quality, health and safety and IT.
* To undertake any other duties, as required, appropriate to the post.
Skills and Experience
Essential
* Experience leading IPS Fidelity reviews and supporting supply chain partners
* Strong working knowledge of IPS and SEQF Fidelity scales
* Experience embedding Fidelity principles into service delivery and performance frameworks
* Ability to translate Fidelity outcomes into actionable improvement plans
* Experience in employability or supported employment settings
* Experience designing and delivering staff training on Fidelity and quality standards
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI and CRM systems
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practice
* Full driving license to enable deployment across regional and partner sites
