We are looking foradrivenSalesAdvisor to join our team, focusing on both B2B and B2C salesincludingmarketplace platform-Faire.This role is ideal for someone who ispassionate about fair tradewith a desire togenerate & drive salesto supportthebusiness with growth.You willneed to build strong relationships with existing and potential new customersand seek newbusinessopportunities.
Keyresponsibilities
* Respond tosales &customer enquiriesreceived by telephone, email&B2Bmarketplace platform-Faire
* EnsureB2B & B2C orders includingorders placed on Faire are processed accurately and efficientlyto meet customer expectations for delivery and service.
* Make out going customer calls tokey account customers to promoteNamaste products&special offers.
* Maintain regular contact withkey accountcustomers to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Develop business with keyaccountcustomers to increase turnover& therange of products bought.
* Promote the company’s strengths& rangeof products.
* Develop ways ofanalysingexisting customers to further meet their needs.
* Recommend productsto customersbased on a good knowledge of the customer & business.
* Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of new, existing & bestselling linesand share this with customers.
* Guide customers to new products and other products they may be interested into achievemaximum sales.
* Ensure information relating to customer accounts is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
* Support the company in growth andmaintainingits customer base.
* Participate in Trade Shows & Open Weeks.
* Support the day-to-daySales Teamoperations.
Whatwe’relooking for
* Proven experiencein B2B and B2C sales
* Familiarity with marketplace platforms(experience with Faire is desirable)
* Strong communicationskills
* Confidentusing CRM systems, paymentplatforms,and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Hardworking & motivatedwith attention to detail
* Enjoy buildingstrongrelations on a 1:1 basis as well as part of a team
* Ability to work flexibly and use initiative
