What You Will Do This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our team and to take the lead on several new programmes, as well as support the continued growth of the business. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to global security and safety, whilst also learning and developing your own skills and knowledge. Together the Air Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) team delivers a varied range of programmes, from production, development, integration and support. This can be to customers directly, or through other key defence companies and Raytheon entities. As part of the wider business unit, you will work within our ATMS team, you will execute and support a range of technically challenging programmes by establishing and growing effective relationships with both new and existing customers. Your Skills: - Degree qualified in a technical or project management related discipline, or with equivalent non-academic experience. A recognised project management qualification is highly desirable. - Experienced senior project manager/aspiring programme manager who has capability to get the best from their team. As well as the ability to create and identify new opportunities for business. - An Inspiring team player who leads by example and has a successful track record in delivering complex programmes to different customers. - An ability to work self-sufficiently to deliver on agreed goals and can anticipate problems, identify innovative and logical solutions, and then to confidently enact them.
