Responsibilities
* Define and iterate a compelling product vision that delivers business value.
* Develop and prioritise product backlogs, writing clear user stories and making data‑driven decisions.
* Bring together views and input from senior stakeholders, front line staff, developers and analysts to create prioritised product features and define product roadmaps.
* Champion user needs by interpreting research, testing and analytics.

* Has a strong track record of the successful delivery and management of high‑quality digital products/services.
* Can confidently represent user needs and resolve competing priorities.
* Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Thrive in collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
* Is skilled at challenging the status quo and driving innovative solutions.
