Job title: Assistant Operations Manager, Avex Classics International (London office)
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours of work: Full time (Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 17:30) with occasional weekend work
Key external partners: Avex Classics International’s head office in Tokyo (ACI Tokyo), freelance producers, promoters, agents and freelance artists and technicians
Location of work: Orion House, 5 Upper St Martin’s Lane, London WC2A 9EA, United Kingdom
Hybrid working: For discussion, but generally flexible

Purpose of Role: Support the HoIO, DHoIO, and operations team in coordinating and administering the delivery of ACI’s international productions to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer artist and promoter contracts in liaison with the OM and legal department
* Coordinate marketing, promotional materials, ticket reports, and concert programs
* Collaborate with technical partners to update production riders
* Book and contract artists and staff
* Assist with budget management
* Arrange travel, visas, and logistics for engagements
* Manage rehearsals, performances, artist liaison, and welfare
* Oversee guest tickets and merchandise
Additional duties include supporting accounts, updating records, social media, website, marketing materials, and assisting in new production development.
Skills:
* Degree or equivalent qualification
* At least three years’ experience in concert, artist, event, or production management
* Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem-solving and adaptability
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Experience in multinational environments, concert promotion, and with Overture software
