We're seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within the retail sector, based in Corsham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transactional finance of the business including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Payroll.

Description
* Payroll (Weekly per hr. & Monthly salaries) including pension / PAYE NI etc.
* Purchase ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Sage 50 transactions and reconciliations
* Credit control
* Cash flow projections
* Banking transaction & reconciliations
* Day to day management of a team of 2
* Providing monthly reporting & commentary for Finance Director
* Producing and interrogating daily and weekly management information to analyse the business
* Take part in the daily morning meeting with other key team members.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
* Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
* Proficiency in financial software.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with management and the finance team.
* Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
