Salary: £29,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience
A unique opportunity to join a local family-run business, trading in the West Midlands for over 70 years. Ludlow Motors are looking for a Vehicle Technician required to work for successful independent family-run dealership with Vauxhall, Suzuki Franchises, and Ford Authorised Repairer. The role allows for career progression with appropriate training and assistance available.
We require an individual who holds a level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to ensure any diagnosis work is carried out to a high standard. Along with servicing and MOTs, the successful candidate must have the ability to work well, both independently and within a team, with a high level of care for the customer's vehicle.
About the role
Carry out servicing/MOT and general maintenance including diagnosis work to manufacturer standards
Complete paperwork fully, complying with company standards
Pre-sales preparation
Cooperating and working within a team
Liaise with customers regarding their vehicle
About you
You must be a self-motivated and hardworking individual
Must hold a level 3 NVQ or equivalent in vehicle maintenance
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience would be advantageous but not required
Position is fulltime Monday - Friday with rota Saturday morning (paid as overtime)
Applicant should have full clean Driving Licence and no previous criminal convictions.
